基于直觉模糊跨境电商区域发展水平评价方法

摘要

跨境贸易电子商务作为新兴的跨境贸易模式受到广泛的关注，各地都投入大量的资源来发展，但各地之间存在着发展的不平衡。如何评价一个区域的跨境电商发展水平存在评价指标的多样性和模糊性。文章通过构建跨境电商区域发展水平评价指标体系，并在此基础上运用基于诱导的直觉模糊多属性群决策方法对区域跨境电商发展水平进行评价。通过对浙江省各地区跨境电商评价的算例进行分析，验证了方法的有效性。%Cross-border e-commerce as a new cross-border trade model has been widely concerned. Regions all over the country invest a lot of resources to develop it , but there exists a development imbalance between them. The evaluation index of cross-border e-commerce regional development level is diversified and full of fuzziness. This paper built the evaluation index system of regional development level of cross-border e-commerce, and used the intuitive fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making method to do the evaluation of regional development level of cross-border e-commerce. And finally , it took Zhejiang province as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
