基于Fuzzy-AHP的物流企业经营风险评价模型及实证研究

摘要

经营风险评价是物流企业经营发展战略的工作难点之一,也是风险投资公司选择投资对象的一个重要环节.在对物流企业经营风险要素进行系统识别的基础上,构建了物流企业经营风险评价指标体系,进而建立了基于模糊层次分析法的风险综合评价模型.结合实际评价工作,例证了所建模型(方法)的准确性,研究结果为风投公司评价和选择物流企业投资对象、行业主管部门引导行业健康发展以及物流企业管控自身经营风险提供了切实有效的科学依据.%Evaluation of operational risks is a difficult part of development strategy of logistics enterprises,as well as an important link for venture capital firms in selecting investment targets.The elements of operational risks of logistics enterprises are identified in a systematic method,based on which,a evaluation index system for operational risks is established and a Fuzzy-AHP-based evaluation model is set up.With the actual assessment work,the validity and practicability of the model are verified.The outcome of this research provides scientific references for venture capital firms in selecting investment targets,relevant government authorities in guiding the healthy development of logistics enterprises,and logistics enterprises in controlling and managing their own operational risks.
