The logistics mode of special-line transportation is an important feature of the road transport industry integrated with the modern logistics field and it plays an important role in the development of modern logistics. This paper summarizes the logistics mode of special-line transportation, constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system and a comprehensive evaluation model about the logistics enterprise of special-line transportation, and uses a specific example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The logistics mode of special-line transportation has been widely used by a large number of small and medium road transport enterprises, having a high market share, and plays an important role in the public logistics services areas of road transport. The main purpose of this paper is to construct the model of comprehensive evaluation about logistics enterprise of special-line transportation, to provide a scientific basis for industry management departments to carry out the work of industry evaluation, to develop a more rational policy of road transport, in turn to guide and regulated these logistics enterprises to continuously improve the quality and level of service, and to promote the healthy and orderly development of industry.
