厚度比对圆钢管-横向板相贯节点静力性能的影响

         

摘要

为了分析横向板厚度与圆钢管管壁厚度之比(简称厚度比)对圆钢管-横向板相贯节点受力性能的影响,建立了T形、十字形圆钢管-横向板相贯节点的有限元模型,阐述了有限元建模特点,确定了节点局部变形和刚度的获取方法,经对比,确定0.08塑性应变准则为节点承载力的判定方法.根据大量有限元计算结果分析了厚度比对T形、十字形节点承载力和节点轴向初始刚度的影响.研究结果表明:节点轴向承载力和初始刚度随着厚度比的增加而增大,但增幅降低,厚度比大于0.8时影响较小,可忽略不计,厚比为0.4~0.8时,其对节点承载力和刚度有一定的影响.%In order to analyze the influence of the plate-to-tube thickness ratio on the behavior of transverse plate-to-CHS joints , the finite element models of T-type and cross shaped-type transverse plate-to-CHS joints are built . The characteristics of the finite element model of transverse plate-to-CHS joints are described ,a method for calculating the local deformation and rigidity of joints is determined ,and the 0 .08 plastic strain criterion is used to judge the bearing capacity of joints subjected to axial forces .The effects of the plate-to-tube thickness ratio on the axial initial rigidity and bearing capacity of T-type and cross shaped-type joints are analyzed according to the results from the finite element analysis .The results show that the axial bearing capacity and initial stiffness increase with increasing the plate-to-tube thickness ratio ,but the percentage increase decreases .When the thickness ratio is larger than 0 .8 ,the bearing capacity and initial stiffness are seldom affected and can be neglected .However ,when the thickness ratio is between 0 .4 and 0 .8 ,the bearing capacity and initial stiffness are affected to a certain degree .
