T形圆钢管-横向板相贯节点半刚性连接模型

         

摘要

The axial force-local deformation curves of T-type transverse plate-to-CHS joints are obtained through 3D-solid finite element calculation .Based on the comparison and analysis of the Menegotto-Pinto equation and the axial force-local deformation curves ,a semi-rigid connection model for T-type joints is presented ,an approach for obtaining eight parameters of the model using the curves is given ,and vast scatter data for the eight parameters are obtained using finite element calculation of joints . According to the analysis of the scatter data and the relevant multiple nonlinear regression method , the parameterization formulas for eight parameters are formulated .Finally ,the validity of the eight-parameter model is verified with the results obtained from finite element calculation of T-type joints .The results show that the eight-parameter model well reflects the semi-rigid performance of T-type transverse plate-to-CHS joints under axial forces .%通过实体单元有限元计算获得了T形圆钢管-横向板相贯节点的轴力—局部变形全程曲线,基于Menegotto-Pinto方程建立了T形节点的半刚性连接模型,确定了由全程曲线获取半刚性连接模型中8个参变量的方法,并通过大量有限元计算获得关于8个参变量的大量散点数据.根据散点数据进行参数化分析,并结合多元非线性回归技术建立了8个参变量的参数化计算公式,最后利用有限元计算结果对节点半刚性连接模型进行校验.结果表明:8参数模型较好地反映了T形圆钢管-横向板节点在横向板轴力作用下的半刚性性能.
