动点间歇性冲击变形计算方法的研究

     

摘要

The accumulated deformation of inconsecutive impacts on change-points was analyzed,and the controllable cascade form deformation accumulation method was proposed based on the parallel form overlay method and the cascade form accumulation method.The numerical simulation for dynamic test of forklift overhead guard was conducted as an example.The parallel form overlay deformation method,the cascade form deformation accumulation method and the controllable cascade form deformation accumulation method were employed to respectively compute the final deformation.The accuracy and availability of these three methods were analyzed.Results indicated that the first method had the shortest calculation time,but with the biggest result error.The second method had the most precise result,but with the longest calculation time.The controllable cascade form deformation accumulation method shortened the calculation time by 74% at the same time of ensuring the calculation accuracy compared with the cascade form deformation accumulation method,and effectively solved the problems existing in the former two methods.%研究动点间歇性冲击变形累积问题,在并型变形叠加法和串型变形累积法的基础上,提出可控串型变形累积的计算方法.以某型号叉车护顶架动载试验的数值模拟为例,分别采用并型变形叠加法、串型变形累积法和可控串型变形累积法计算最终变形,分析3种方法的精确性和有效性.结果表明:第一种方法计算时间短,但结果误差较大;第二种方法结果精确,但计算时间较长;提出的可控串型变形累积法,在保证计算精度的同时,计算时间比串型变形累积法缩短了74%,有效解决了前2种方法存在的问题.
