徐锡麟经济思想评析

摘要

The economic thoughts of Xu XiLin were mainly summarized into three parts i .e.the theory about agriculture, indus-try, and commence, financial theory, and the concept of justice and benefit .In terms of agriculture, industry and commerce, Xu Xilin first reluctantly respected the Confucianism economic ideological dogma of focusing on agriculture and suppressing com -merce, and then tried to advocate mercantilist economic thinking of the late Qing reformers .For the financial theory, he earlier advocated the pro-Qing constructive improvement of financial arguments , but late raised the anti-Qing consumption-type financial statements.Finally, Xu Xilin always believed in Confucian traditional economic ethics of valuing morality .%　　徐锡麟的经济思想主要是农工商业论、财政论和义利观等三部分。就农工商业论而言，徐锡麟先是勉强尊崇儒家重农抑商的经济思想教条，然后尽力鼓吹清末维新派的重商主义经济思想；就财政论而言，徐锡麟早先宣扬的是拥清改良的建设型财政议论，而后提出的是反清革命的消耗型财政议论；就义利观而言，徐锡麟在言行上始终信奉儒家重义轻利的经济伦理准则。
