对民办本科高校内涵发展的若干思考--基于新高考改革视角

摘要

走差异化的内涵发展之路是民办本科高校的必然选择。新高考改革给民办本科高校带来了发展机遇，有利于其身份的重构。民办本科高校必须处理好学科建设和专业发展的关系，以学科建设支撑专业发展，争取以硕士学位点为核心的内涵平台建设。在政策诉求上，亟须政府解决办学经费来源单一的问题，建议对民办本科高校进行经费拨款；出台分类管理、差别扶持的政策，国家重点扶持若干所民办本科高校；重视民办本科高校师资队伍建设中的编制、职称、待遇等问题；通过政策引导，培养社会精英人才。%The development road of differential connotation is the inevitable choice of non -governmental undergraduate universi-ties.The reform of the new university entrance examination provides them with major opportunities and is beneficial to their iden -tity reconstruction .Non-governmental undergraduate universities must properly handle the relationship between discipline con -struction and subject development , taking discipline construction to support subject development , and strive for the platform con-struction with master degree program as the core content .On policy level , it needs the government to solve the problem of single source of funding , and it is recommended to fund based on student numbers .It shall introduce classification management , differ-ential support policy , and for the state to focusing on supporting a number of non-governmental undergraduate universities , pay attention to the job establishment , job title and pay of the teachers in different provinces .
