浙江利用外资的短板及对策

摘要

With the deepening of China’s supply-side structural reforms, foreign investment is also facing a new situation. Zhe-jiang is the typical region in using foreign capital, their experiences and initiatives can provide good references for other prov-inces. This paper summarizes the features and short board issues in Zhejiang’s foreign investment during 2001—2015, and a-round the aspect of supply-side reform it proposes strategies for the use of foreign capital in Zhejiang.%我国供给侧结构性改革不断深入，利用外资也面临新的问题，浙江是我国外资利用比较典型的地区，其经验及举措为其他省区市提供了借鉴。文章总结2001—2015年浙江外资利用的特征及短板，并围绕供给侧改革提出浙江利用外资的对策。
