Low carbon became a hot issue of international concern under the general background of global warming. Many countries paid more attention to the construction of low-carbon cities along with their development, but villages were often ignored. At present, there were few researches on realizing low carbon in rural areas, but seldom of them was about the evaluation system of low carbon villages. Based on Low carbon perspective and took the real case of Shitou Village in Panan County as an example, explorations was made on the construction model and experiences of the low carbon countryside form planning aspects as the industries in the village, the space distribution, the road and transportation and the energies and environmental systems and the design code for residential buildings and so on.%低碳在全球化气候变暖的背景下已经成为国际社会关注的热点问题,包括我国在内的许多国家关注更多的是低碳城市的建设,而乡村往往成了被忽略的领域.基于低碳视角,以笔者亲身实践项目——磐安县安文镇石头村村庄规划为案例,从石头村的产业、空间布局、道路交通、能源与环境系统、住宅设计等规划方面探索了低碳乡村规划建设的经验,以期为今后的低碳乡村规划建设提供借鉴.
