CoFeBSiNb非晶合金带材纵向驱动巨磁阻抗效应研究

         

摘要

Co-rich, soft magnetic glassy alloy ribbons, with composition Co63Fe4B22.4Si5.6Nb5 having high GFA were prepared by using a single roller melt-spinning technique. The effect of annealing temperature on the longitudinally driven giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) of Co63Fe4B22.4Si5.6Nb5 ribbons was investigated extensively. The experimental results showed that annealing from 500 X. to 580 t produced short-range order relaxation and consequently improved the sample's soft magnetic properties. The maximnm relative change of impedance measured for a drive current frequency of 475 kHz was about 2 400% with a maximum slope sensitivity of 114%/( A · m-1) at low field for annealing at 580 ℃ for 1 h.%采用单辊快淬法制备了具有强非晶形成能力的Co63Fe4B22.4Si5.6Nb5非晶合金带材,利用HP4294A阻抗分析仪测量了经不同温度退火的Co基非晶合金带材在纵向驱动模式下的巨磁阻抗效应(GMI).实验结果表明:材料经去应力退火后,其软磁性能得到了有效的改善,其中经580℃退火1h的Co基非晶薄带在475 kHz电流驱动下的GMI比值可高达2400%,其灵敏度达114%/(A·m-1).
