学生体质弱势群体科学健身指导与发展对策——基于体能素质'课课练'与体质健康促进之视角

         

摘要

为构建适应学生体质弱势群体所需求的科学健身指导和体质健康促进的理论体系和实践模式,在参阅文献的基础上,运用归因分析和分层调查等综合方法,对学生体质健康弱势群体与健康促进中的薄弱环节、体质健康弱势群体的定义及其界定标准,以及学生体质健康弱势群体科学健身指导策略等进行研究.结果显示:在"健康促进"和"阳光体育"的推动下,学生体质健康水平逐年提高,但有关学生体质弱势群体与健康促进的认识与理解相对滞后,有关学生科学健身和体质健康促进模式的建构与实践相对脱节.通过体能素质"课课练"与体质健康促进等多种锻炼内容和干预手段,促进学生体质弱势群体身体素质水平的提高,以主动适应体育教学诊断与改革之需求.%In order to construct a theoretical system and a practical mode of scientific fitness guidance and physical health promotion required by students′disadvantaged groups, on the basis of referring to the litera-ture,using the integrated method of attribution analysis and stratified investigation, it was studied the weak-nesses of students′constitutional health and the weak links in health promotion,the definition of the disadvan-taged groups of health and physical fitness as well as their defining standards,as well as the guidance of scien-tific fitness for the disadvantaged groups of students.The results showed that:Under the promotion of "health promotion"and "sunshine sports", the level of students′constitutional health was increasing year by year. However,the understanding and understanding about the disadvantaged groups of students and health promo -tion lagged behind.The construction and practice of students′scientific fitness and physical health promotion mode were relatively out of touch.Through various training contents and interventions such as physical training"class practice"and physical health promotion,the physical quality level of disadvantaged groups in students was promoted to adapt to the demand of physical education diagnosis and reform.
