低碳经济、节能减排是当今时代主题。作为社会、经济发展重要支撑的高速公路，每年其隧道机电电费支出较高，是高速公路运行费主要支出之一。在国家相继出台高速公路行业新技术标准及LED等照明技术突飞猛进的背景下，如何做好高速公路隧道照明节能减排、降本增效是摆在全体高速人面前的一个课题。以高速公路隧道营运高效管理，推进降本增效实践为基础，提出照明节能减排新举措，期望协同推进高速公路隧道节能减排工作。%Low carbon economy ,energy saving and emission reduction is the theme of the current era. As an im-portant support of the social and economic development of the highway ,the annual electricity expenditure of the tunnel is higher ,is one of the main expenditure of highway operating expenses . In the country have been introduced background of highway industry new technology standard and LED lighting technology advances by leaps and bounds under ,how to do a good job of highway tunnel lighting energy saving and emission reduction ,fall this synergism is placed in front of all high-speed a topic. The author engaged in highway tunnel operation management ,promote reduced the efficiency of practice as the basis ,initiate the new lighting energy -saving emission reduction initiatives and hope to people in the industry to-gether to discuss collaboration to promote energy -saving emission reduction work in the highway tunnel.
