温州非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护研究

温州的非物质文化遗产蕴藏量很丰富。本文从知识产权的视角，对温州的非物质文化遗产如何保护提供了知识产权屏障与支持的路径，认为应根据非物质文化遗产性质、类别的不同，结合现行的著作权、商标权、专利权、地理标志权等具体的知识产权制度全方位、立体地加以保护。%Non-material cultural heritage is very rich in Wenzhou. From the perspective of intellectual property, the article explores intellectual property barrier and the support path for the protection of Wenzhou＇s non-material cultural heritage. The article advocates the comprehensive and stereo protection that should be based on the non-material cultural heritage＇s properties and categories, and combine with specific intellectual property system, including the current copyright, trademark right, patent right, and the right of geographical indication.
