在经济社会全面转型的关键期，必须积极扶持与整合社会力量，构建适应新时期发展要求的社会管理新格局。近些年，温州社会组织有了较快发展，但它们在自身发展与参与社会管理方面均存在诸多不足和问题。建议进一步完善政府与社会组织的互动、合作平台；构建社会组织综合监管体系，健全社会组织内部治理机制；真正贯彻落实政府放权和公共服务购买制度；加强社会组织人才队伍建设，完善有利社会组织健康发展的财力和政策保障体系。% In the key period of the all-round economic and social transformation, we must actively support and integrate social forces, to build up a new pattern of social management to meet the development demands in the new period. In recent years, with the rapid development of Wenzhou social organizations, there are many deficiencies and problems in their development and participation in social management. It is proposed that we should improve the government and social organization of the interaction and cooperation platform further;build a comprehensive regulatory system of social organization, and improve the internal governance mechanism of social organization;implement government decentralization and public service purchase system;strengthen the construction of talent team, improve the financial and policy support system which is helpful for the healthy development of social organization.
