燃料电池测量技术研究

             

摘要

以质子交换膜燃料电池为研究基础,了解各种操作参数对电池性能之影响。先使用Nafion膜热压制成膜电极组,接着设计并加工石墨流场板,再对单电池组装,完成后进行不同电池温度、进气湿度、电池背压对电池性能量测与分析。实验结果表明,燃料电池在低操作温度下可快速启动并迅速达到稳定的输出电压;当电池操作在高温时,水份极不易留存于MEA中,此时流场加背压能让水份强迫式地存在于MEA,相对湿度随之增加,使MEA湿润度得以适当的维持。%The article discussed fuel cell design assembly and pointed at single cell experimental measurement and analysis, thus to understand various operating parameters which affect the performance of fuel cell. PEMFC was assembled in graphite plate, elec-tricity collecting plate and MEA. In this study, the research first designed the flow channels of graphite plate which provided hydrogen and oxygen flowing, and then to assemble single cell and to track down a leak. Measuring and analyzing cell operated parameters which included temperature, inlet gas humility and back pressure. The results showed that PEMFC can start rapidly and reach stable output voltage under low temperature. When the cell is in high temperature, water was not easily to preserve in MEA and flow field, in the meantime, can make water force preserved in MEA by back pressure with relative humidity raising and moist keeping properly.
