Analysis was made on factors to influence forestry economic development in key state-owned forested areas in Heilongjiang province with consideration of the spatial interaction. Empirical analysis was carried out on the panel data of forestry economic development from 40 forestry bureaus in Heilongjiang province from 2005 to 2015, using the Moran's I spatial index and spatial panel econometric model for spatial interation and influence factor. The results showed that the forestry economic development of state-owned forested areas in Heilongjiang province had obvious spatial agglomeration, and human resources, forest resources and industrial structure had evident positive relation with forestry economic development in Heilongjiang. Countermeasures were put forwarded such as optimization of human resources structure, reform of forest management and forest resources adminstration, promote the transformation of forestry industry.%在考虑空间相互影响的前提下,分析黑龙江省国有重点林区林业经济发展的影响因素.以2005-2015年黑龙江省国有重点林区40个林业局有关林业经济发展的面板数据为对象,采用Moran's I指数和空间面板计量经济模型对其空间依赖关系及影响因素进行实证分析.结果表明,黑龙江省国有重点林区林业经济发展存在明显的空间集聚特征,且人力资源投入量、森林资源和产业结构对黑龙江省国有重点林区林业经济发展存在显著的正向影响.结合黑龙江省国有重点林区现状,提出优化林区人力资源结构、改革森林经营和森林资源管理体制、推进林区产业转型等加快黑龙江省国有重点林区林业经济发展的对策建议.
