理肺化痰汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察

摘要

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Lifei Huatan Decotion treating infected cough. [Method]Randomly divide 100 cases into 2 groups, 50 in each. The treatment group takes self-made Lifei Huatan Decoction; the control one, ketotifen and azithromycin tablets;make statistics to both cure effects. [Result]The total effective rate was 80％ for treatment group, and 48％ for control one, with much marked meaning of difference between them. [Conclusion]The said decoction has good cure effect on infected cough.%[目的]观察理肺化痰汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效.[方法]将感染后咳嗽患者共100例随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组各50例.治疗组服用自拟理肺化痰汤,并随症加减,对照组常规口服酮替芬片、阿奇霉素片.2组7d为一个疗程,并统计疗效.[结果]治疗组总有效率80%,对照组总有效率48%,2组比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).[结论]理肺化痰汤治疗感染后咳嗽有较好疗效.
