针罐结合加运动疗法治疗周围性面神经炎154例疗效分析

摘要

[目的]探讨针罐结合加运动疗法对周围性面神经炎预后的影响及针刺时机的选择.[方法]154例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用常规针刺结合患侧面颊区闪罐加面部肌肉运动疗法治疗;对照组采用常规针刺治疗.结果治疗组有效77例,有效率98%;对照组有效67例,有效率89%(P<0.05).[结论]针罐结合加患侧面部肌肉运动疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效优于常规针刺治疗;其预后与病程长短有关.%[Objective]To investigate the prognosis of routine acupuncture, cupping jar and kinesitherapy for treatment of peripheral facial neuritis and select acupuncture opportune moment.[Methods]154 cases of peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.79 cases in each group were treated with routine acupuncture, cupping jar plus kinesitherapy.75 cases in each group were treated with routine acupuncture.[Results]The effective rate and the cured-markedly effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05), [Conclusion]The therapeutic effect of acupuncture,cupping jar plus kinesitheraphy is better than that of routine acupuncture, and the prognosis is related to course of disease.
