[Objective] To sum up doctor Shen Mtnhers recuperating tumors with powder adjuvant. [Method] To patients with heat toxin and dampness, administer respectively Liuyi Powder, Yiyuan Powder and Biyu Powder; Shbriao Powder for gynaecological tumors; and Daige Powder for lung cancers, etc. [Result] In classical cases of Yiyuan Powder as adjuvant, there's one case of ovarian cancer radical treatment, after half year, her tumor mark reduced to normal, and after lm of recuperation with Shbriao Powder, she was better and stable. [Conclusion] The doctor gets good cure effect in clinical administration with adjuvant idea, worthy clinical study and promotion.%[目的]总结吾师沈敏鹤巧用主方佐以散剂治疗肿瘤患者的经验.[方法]对热毒兼有湿邪不同表现的患者分别采用六一散、益元散、碧玉散等,妇科肿瘤佐药常用失笑散,黛蛤散佐药则常用于肺癌患者.[结果]以主方位以益元散治疗的典型案例中,1卵巢癌根治术后患者半年余,患者肿瘤标志物降至正常,后以上主方佐用失笑散调理患者情绪1月余,患者一般情况好转,病情稳定.[结论]吾师灵活运用佐药的理念在临床用药常可收到良好疗效,值得临床研琢及推广.
