二甲双胍对不同葡萄糖代谢异常患者血脂谱影响的研究

摘要

[目的]探讨二甲双胍对伴高脂血症的不同葡萄糖代谢异常患者血脂影响的差异.[方法]52例2型糖尿病、40例糖耐量异常/空腹血糖过高(IGT/IFG)伴血脂异常的患者使用二甲双胍治疗12周,治疗前后测定患者血脂指标.[结果]二甲双胍可降低2型糖尿病和IGT/IFG患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) (P＜0.05),对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)影响不明显.各组间治疗前后差异有统计学意义,且2型糖尿病组疗效更显著.[结论]二甲双胍可改善2型糖尿病和IGT/IFG患者的血脂代谢,且2型糖尿病组疗效更显著.%[Objective]To detect the different influence of melbine on Iipid of different abnormal glucose metabolism accompanied with hyperlipemia. [Method] Observe 52 cases of type-2 diabetes and 40 cases of abnormal glucose tolerance/excess HBG(IGT/IFG) accompanied with abnormal bpid, treated with melbine for 12w, measure the Iipid index before and after treatment. [Result] Melbine can reduce TC, TG and LDL-C, while it has no marked effect on HDL -C. There's difference of statistical meaning between before and after treatment, and esp. for type-2 diabetes group. [Conclusion] Melbine can improve Iipid metabolism of type-2 diabetes and IGT/IFG patients, esp. for type-2 diabetes.
