[Objective] To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection on lung infection and usage of antibiotics after lung cancer radical mastectomy. [Method] Randomly divide 54 cases into 2 groups; control one 22 cases used routine antibiotics to prevent lung infection; treatment one 32 cases were added with Tanreqing injection. Compare their lung infection incidence and days of using antibiotics. [Result] Both had no failed cases, no complications concerning treatment; the lung infection incidence was 9.37% for treatment group, with (4.0±1.1 )d for using antibiotics, and having marked difference compared to control one. [Conclusion] Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotics can be used for lung cancer radical mastectomy, can reducernincidence of lung infection obviously, using days of antibiotics as well.%[目的]观察痰热清注射液对肺癌根治术后肺部感染、抗生素使用时间的影响.[方法]将2009年1月至2009年12月间在我院行肺癌根治术的54例患者随机分为2组,对照组22例术后常规使用抗生素预防肺部感染,治疗组32例在对照组基础上加用痰热清20mL/d,比较两组肺部感染的发生年及抗生素使用天数.[结果]两组均无患者退出,无治疗相关并发症,和对照组相比,治疗组术后肺部感染的发生率9.37％,抗生素使用(4.0±1.1)d,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]痰热清注射液配合抗生素用于肺癌根治术后治疗,可显著降低肺部感染的发生率,减少抗生素使用天数.
