[Objective] To investigate the clinical features of pulmonary sequestration to improve its diagnosis and treatment level. [Method] Investigate the clinical data of 14 cases, classify, induce and sum up correspondingly. [Result] Among all cases, 11 cases were diagnosed before operation, 3 by puncture, 8 by iconography, 3 by operation; 10 had clinical symptoms, I.e. Cough, expectoration, hemoptysis and chest pain; another 4 were found by health examination. [Conclusion] It is not much in clinic, the symptom is not specific, but with special iconography; with test and recognition improved, the pre-operation relevance ratio is increased, the operation is still the best choice in present.%[目的]探讨肺隔离症(PS)的临床特点,提高PS的诊断和治疗水平.[方法]分析2005年12月至2010年3月丁香园网站(www.dxy.cn)发表并确诊的14例PS的临床资料并查阅相关文献,对其进行分类、归纳、总结.[结果]14例中11例术前确诊,3例系穿刺确诊；8例影像学确诊,另3例手术确诊；有临床症状10例,表现为咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、胸痛,另4例经体格检查发现.[结论] PS临床少见,症状无特异性,影像学表现特殊,随着检测手段及认知水平的提高,术前检出率逐渐增加,手术仍是目前可取的治疗手段.
