[目的]探讨内分泌科管理中实施持续护理质量改进的应用效果。[方法]将我院2011年1月至2011年12月间内分泌科的60例住院患者随机的分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组的30例患者给予常规的护理，而观察组的30例患者在常规的护理基础上实施持续护理质量改进措施，观察两组的患者护理的满意度情况。[结果]通过两组患者的护理对比分析，观察组的患者护理满意度为100.0%，对照组的患者护理满意度为83.3%，观察组的患者护理满意度明显的高于对照组的患者护理满意度，两组的数据比较具有明显的差异（P＜0.05）。[结论]临床中对于内分泌科管理中实施持续护理质量改进具有较好的应用效果，有效的提高了患者的护理满意度，值得临床中应用与推广%[Objective] To explore the application effect of continuous nursing quality improvement in the management of Department of Endocrinology. [Methods] In our hospital from 2009 January to 2009 December in Department of Endocrinology, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, conventional nursing was administered to 30 patients in the control group and the observation group 30 patients with the implementation of continuous quality improvement in nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing, nursing satisfaction of patients was observed in two groups.[Results] The analysis of nursing was compared between two groups of patients, in the observation group, patients' satisfaction with nursing care was 100%, in the control group, patients' satisfaction with nursing care 83.3%, patients' satisfaction to nursing care of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, comparing two groups of data had significant differences statistical y.[Conclusion] In clinical practice, the application has a good effect for improving the quality of care in the Department of Endocrinology management, effectively improving the patients' satisfaction to nursing care, worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
