左金丸合小柴胡汤结合西药治疗肝胃郁热型慢性胃炎62疗效观察

摘要

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect and side effects of revised Zuojin Pil and Smal Chaihu Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic gastritis of muggy hot liver and stomach. [Method] Randomly divide 127 cases into 2 groups; the control one 65 cases took western medicine, the treatment one 62 added with revised Zuojin Pil and Smal Chaihu Decoction;after 1m, compare their cure effects and side effects. [Result] By statisti-cal comparison, the treatment group was much better than control one on gastric pain, glutted upper stomach relieve, as wel as the marked effect rate and total effective rate better than control one;both groups had no obvious side effects. [Conclusion] Revised Zuojin Pil and Smal Chaihu Decoction com-bined with western medicine had marked cure effect on chronic gastritis of muggy hot liver and stomach, worthy clinical promotion.%　　[目的]观察“左金丸合小柴胡汤”加减结合西药治疗肝胃郁热型慢性胃炎的临床疗效及不良反应。[方法]将2009年10月至2012年10月笔者门诊的127例肝胃郁热型慢性胃炎患者随机分为2组，对照组65例接受西药治疗，治疗组62例在此基础上加用“左金丸合小柴胡汤”加减治疗，1个月后比较两组疗效及不良反应。[结果]经统计学比较，治疗组患者在胃脘疼痛、上腹饱胀缓解方面疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05），总有效率及显效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），两组均无明显不良反应。[结论]左金丸合小柴胡汤加减结合西药治疗肝胃郁热型慢性胃炎临床疗效更为显著，值得临床推广。
