脑发育障碍高危儿全身运动质量评估与头颅MRI检查相关性分析

     

摘要

[Objective]To analyze correlativity between general movements quality evaluation of cerebral dysgenesis high-risk neonates(including premature infants and brain-impaired infants in their mothers' prenatal periods) and cerebral MRI examination. [Methods]Choose randomly 58 cases of cerebral dysgenesis high-risk neonates hospitalized in neonatal department of 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical Col ege born in the period between November, 2010 and Augst,2011, meanwhile apply general motion quality evaluation and MRI examination on subjects, and then compare correlativity between quality evaluation and MRI results. Statistical analysis methods: difference comparison of the two examination results, namely comparison of positive rate adopts χ2 analysis of pair fourfold tables;statistical analysis of correlativity of the two examination results adopts spearman correlation coefficient. [Results] 33 cases are positive and 25 cases negative in quality evaluation of genereal motion while 35 cases postive and 23 negative in MRI examination. [Conclusion] There exists no difference in positive rate between quality evaluation of general motion and cerebral MRI examination; There exists correlativity between them.%  [目的]分析脑发育障碍高危儿(包括早产儿和围产期有脑损伤的婴儿)全身运动质量评估技术与头颅磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果之间的相关性。[方法]随机选择2010年10月至2011年8月期间在温州医学院附属第二医院新生儿科住院的脑发育障碍高危儿共58例,在住院期间,同期接受全身运动质量评估以及头颅MRI检查,比较两者的相关性。[结果]58例患儿中,全身运动质量评估结果阳性33例,阴性25例;头颅MRI检查结果阳性35例,阴性23例;两种方法检查结果均阳性者27例,均阴性者17例。统计结果提示:①两种检查方法阳性率差异没有统计学意义(P=0.791)。②两种检查方法具有相关,两者秩相关系数r=0.503。[结论]脑发育障碍高危儿全身运动质量评估与头颅MRI检查两种方法阳性率未发现不同;两者之间有相关性。
