连建伟教授治疗无脉症验案一则

摘要

[目的]总结连建伟教授平脉辨证治疗无脉症的临床经验.[方法]通过验案分析,阐述连建伟教授平脉辨证、灵活处方、时刻顾护脾胃的用药思想,治疗无脉症的临床经验.[结果]本案连建伟教授平脉辨证,根据其脉证与病机,善用经方炙甘草汤,随证候加减变化,以治疗无脉症,疗效甚佳.[结论]连建伟教授四诊合参,擅长脉诊,用方精炼,疗效显著,对后学于无脉症的认识,具有临床实践的指导意义.%[Objective] To sum up the clinical experience of treating pulseless disease with pulse signs differentiation by Pro. Lianjianwei. [Method] By analyzing the proven case, it elaborates Pro. Lian Jianwei's clinical experience on pulseless disease by pulse signs differentiation, flexible prescription and always takes into account on the spleen and stomach. [Result] Pro. Lian Jianwei is good at using Zhigancao Decoction by revising with symptoms, and has good curative effect on the disease by recognizing the pathogenesis. [Conclusion] Pro. Lian Jianwei combines the use of four diagnostic methods, good at pulse signs diagnosis and using refined formula, having clinical practicing meaning on the recognition of pulseless disease.
