紫红参提取物抗肿瘤作用研究

     

摘要

[Objective]To investigate the anti-tumor activity of purplish red ginseng extract, China red ginseng extract and korean ginseng extract were used as control.[Methods]Experiments in vitro: Three cell-lines including HEPG-2, A549 and BGC823 were cultured. Cell vitality was detected by MTT method after drug use; Experiment in vivo:S180 tumor-bearing mice were prepared of oral administration with drugs. The tumor was weighed exactly to calculate the tumor inhibition rate. [Results] Results in vitro: The tumor inhibition ability of the beard of purplish red ginseng extract was much stronger. The inhibition rates of the beard of purplish red ginseng on HEPG2 were 69.73% and 91.10% respectively at 0.9g·L-1 and 1.8g·L-1.The inhibition rates of it on BGC were 73.58% and 93.12% respectively at 0.9g·L-1 and 1.8g·L-1. The inhibition rate of it on A549 was 88.06% at 1.8g·L-1. Results in vivo: Four kinds of extract can inhibit the growth of S180 significantly and the beard of purplish red ginseng extract showed the strongest anti-tumor activity. The tumor inhibition rate of it was 44.3%. [Conclusion]The beard of purplish red ginseng extract shows the strongest anti-tumor activity in four ginseng extracts and has a big value for development.%[目的]以中国红参,高丽参为对照探讨紫红参提取物的抗肿瘤活性.[方法]体外实验:HepG 2、A549、BGC823细胞培养,用药后MTT法检测细胞活力;体内试验:制备S180荷瘤小鼠,灌胃给药,称取瘤重计算抑瘤率.[结果]体外实验:紫红参须提取物对肿瘤细胞抑制作用较强,在0.9、1.8g·L1对HepG 2抑制率分别为69.73%、91.10%,对BGC823抑制率分别为73.58%、93.12%,在1.8g·L-1对A549抑制率为88.06%;体内实验:红参、紫红参根、紫红参须、高丽参提取物对S180肉瘤生长具有明显抑制作用,紫红参须提取物抑瘤活性最好,抑瘤率达到44.3%.[结论]紫红参须提取物抑瘤作用较好,具有较大开发应用价值.
