冬虫夏草及其制剂治疗慢性肾病的研究及进展

摘要

[Objective]To review the effect of treatment in chronic kidney disease and its preparation of Cordyceps sinensis. [Methods] By searching and reading the literature, to study the therapeutic effects of Cordyceps sinensis and its preparation on chronic kidney disease.[Results] Cordyceps and its prepa-ration could significantly decrease the proteinuria in patients with chronic kidney disease, serum creatinine level, significant improvement in renal fibrosis, and delay the progression of renal function. [Conclusion] Cordyceps and its preparation have obvious curative effect on chronic kidney disease.%[目的]对冬虫夏草及其制剂在治疗慢性肾脏病方面的疗效研究加以综述。[方法]通过检索阅读古今中外文献，了解冬虫夏草及其制剂对慢性肾脏病的治疗作用。[结果]冬虫夏草及其制剂能明显减少慢性肾脏病患者的蛋白尿，降低血肌酐水平，显著改善肾小管的纤维化，延缓肾功能衰退。[结论]冬虫夏草及其制剂对慢性肾脏病有明显的治疗作用。
