中药辨证论治对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响

摘要

[目的]探讨中药辨证论治对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。[方法]将141例患者随机分为4组：A组（ER-PR-，仅观察随访）15例，B组（ER-PR-，中药治疗）25例，C组（ER+或PR+，内分泌治疗）42例，D组（ER+或PR+，中药联合内分泌治疗）59例，在入组时、1月后及2月后随访记录、统计分析各项症状和生活状态。[结果]经中医辨证论治后，治疗组（B、D组）较对照组（A、C组）在生理状况、情感状况及功能状况维度均有显著改善（P＜0.05），而在社会/家庭状况及附加关注维度则无统计学差异（P>0.05）。[结论]中药辨证论治能明显改善乳腺癌患者术后生活质量。%[Objective] To explore the influence of herbs on quality of life of breast cancer. [Methods] 141 patients were divided into 4 groups: group A(ER-PR-,just observed), n=15, group B(ER-PR-,herbs), n=25, group C(ER+and/or PR+,endocrine-therapy), n=42, group D(ER+and/or PR+, herbs plus endocrine-therapy), n=59. Fol ow up, record and analyse statistical y al symptoms and living states at grouping, after 1m and 2 months ’ treatment, data were registered and analyzed by SPSS13.0. [Results] The results of clinical research showed that group B and group D, compared with group A and group C, significantly improved quality of life in aspects of physiology, emotion and function(P<0.05), without aspects of society/family and additional attention. [Conclusion] Herbs can improve patients ’quality of life, which is worth spreading in clinical application.
