[目的]观察荣脑醒神针法对卒中后抑郁的卫生经济学评价。[方法]将符合入组条件的卒中后抑郁患者随机分成2组，针灸组28例与西药组29例。针灸组使用荣脑醒神针法和口服安慰剂，西药组采用盐酸氟西汀20mg口服配合非经非穴假针刺。两组均连续治疗6周，治疗1次/d。3个月后随访，分别统计两组临床疗效、副作用与治疗费用。[结果]在疗效相近（3个月随访时针灸组有效率71.4%，西药组65.5%）且无统计学意义的情况下，荣脑醒神针法治疗卒中后抑郁副作用小，治疗费用与西药组相比，针灸组最低治疗费用较低优于西药组，但总费用较高，成本-效果低于西药组。[结论]荣脑醒神针法治疗卒中后抑郁的最低成本小，但个体费用差异大，综合考虑，该法有一定的临床应用价值，值得临床适应性推广。%Objective] To observe nourishing brain and inducing resuscitation method for evaluation of health economics of post-stroke depression. [Methods] Patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases into acupuncture group and 29 cases into western medicine group. Nourishing brain and inducing resuscitation method(acupoints: Shuigou GV26, Neiguan PC6, Zusanli ST36) and oral placebo were used in acupuncture group while fluoxertine hydrochloride and sham acupuncture were used in western medicine group. Patients in both groups were treated daily for 6 six weeks. Follow-up interviews were done in three months and clinical effects, side effects and treatment cost were statistically valued of both groups. [Results] The curative effects of both group was similar(three-month follow-up: acupuncture treatment group effective rate was 71.4%, western medicine group was 65.5%, and the curative effects had no statistical significance. Nourishing brain and inducing resuscitation method treatment of post-stroke depression had less side effects, treatment costs compared with the western medicine group. The lowest cost of acupuncture group was lower than western medicine group. But the total cost of acupuncture group was higher and cost-effectiveness was lower than the western medicine group. [Conclusion] In comprehensive consideration, nourishing brain and inducing resuscitation method treatment of post-stroke depression has a certain clinical application value and is worth clinical promotion.
