[目的]探讨毫火针用于治疗癌痛的可能性,为癌症患者缓解癌痛提供一种安全有效的新方法.[方法]通过搜索CNKI、万方等数据库,总结出近5年中应用毫火针治疗痛症的主要临床研究成果,从中西医的角度探讨应用毫火针治疗癌痛是否具有可能性.[结果]毫火针治疗痛症疗效显著,在治疗癌痛方面亦有充分的理论依据,但目前对毫火针在治疗癌性疼痛方面的临床研究较少,其疗效缺乏充分的临床数据支持.[结论]毫火针疗法治疗癌痛具有可行性,其临床应用前景广阔,实用性高,各医疗机构应加大对毫火针治疗癌性疼痛的研究力度,以利于临床的推广和应用.%[Objective]To discuss the feasibility of treating cancer pain with filiform-fire needle therapy,and provide a new method safe and effective for cancer patients to relieve pain.[Method]The author summed up the main achievements in the past five years the application filiform-fire needle therapy of pain syndrome by searching CNKI, WANFANG DATA and other databases,to explore whether that therapy is feasible in treating cancerous pain from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine. [Results]Filiform-fire needle therapy played a significant effect in treating pain syndrome, and it also had sufficient theoretical basis in the treatment of cancer pain, but few studies on its application in the treatment of cancerous pain so the clinical data to support its efficacy were insufficient. [Conclusions] Filiform-fire needle therapy is feasible in the treatment of cancerous pain, its clinical application will be promising and practical. The medical institutions should pay more efforts to research its application in treating cancer pain, in order to facilitate the promotion and clinical applications.
