论编辑改稿中的改对与改好

摘要

Editors and authors are two important factors in the process of publishing.These two main factors are unified and none of them is dispensable.The manuscript of the author is the basis of the editing process.In the process of edition,there are two essential points:making it right,and making it better, the former is the foundation,the latter is the goal.This paper discusses these two points in three aspects in the process of edition.First of all,editing the manuscript is the duty of an editor.Secondly,editors should properly handle the relationship between editing the manuscript right and editing the manuscript better.Finally,good manuscript editing should be editors'lifetime pursuit.%编辑与作者是出版环节中两个重要的组成因素，他们相辅相成，缺一不可。作者的稿子是编辑修改加工的基础，编辑在改稿过程中，就存在改对与改好的问题，改对是基础，改好是目的。编辑的职责是修改稿子，因此，必须处理好改稿过程中改对与改好的关系，改对是编辑必须做的，改好却不可强求，要“到位”，不能“越位”。改好稿子应成为编辑的终生追求。
