叙事心理治疗在生涯咨询中的应用

摘要

生涯咨询的叙事取向来源于叙事心理治疗。文章从生涯发展的故事性及生涯咨询自身的发展趋势两个方面阐述了生涯咨询的叙事取向的理论基础，并从个人特质、自我概念、自我效能三个方面分析了生涯咨询的叙事取向的应用价值，最后提出了生涯咨询的叙事取向的延展策略和评估策略.%The storied approach to career counseling originated in narrative psychotherapy.This paper elaborates the rationale of the storied approach according to two aspects： the narrative of career and the theoretical development of career counseling.
