国家的昌盛，社会的繁荣，带动了人民群众健身意识的提升，篮球运动是一项普及率较高，健身效果较好的运动项目，随着参加篮球运动的人越来越多，需要对本市的篮球运动开展状况进行一下调查研究。本文主要采用调查问卷法、文献资料法、观察法、访谈法等对河南省信阳市中学篮球的普及情况进行了调查，以了解信阳市中学篮球的发展情况，从而更好地为信阳市中学篮球运动的广泛开展提供理论依据。如何使信阳市中学篮球运动的更好地开展，不仅仅需要上级主管部门制定政策标准，加强物质投入，举行大型的市级篮球比赛，更需要各中学相关校领导的重视，以及代课及带队老师的认真教学和专业指导，保证相关人员的专业性。%In this paper, using questionnaires, literature, observation, interviews and other methods of Henan Province, the popularity of high school basketball Xinyang conducted a survey to understand developments in Xinyang City schools, middle school basketball for the Xinyang provide a theoretical basis for the widespread launch, and put forward feasible ideas and recommendations to improve the penetration rate of Xinyang City high school basketball and the physical quality of the students, active in basketball activities to improve the overall basketball Xinyang level of development.
