论高职院校促进青年教师专业发展的管理策略

To promote the professional development of young teachers in higher vocational education plays a big role in the realization of the educational objectives at this level. It also plays a big part in the building of the teacher team and is the key to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should set up new management concepts, adjust the management goal, inaugurate new management system, and build high quality campus culture in order to promote the professional development of young teachers.
