民办高校学生党员教育探讨——以广东某民办高校为例

摘要

民办高校学生党建重发展轻教育现象较普遍,民办高校学生党员的素质参差不齐。加强对学生党员的教育管理是民办高校党建的重要任务。民办高校应通过完善组织制度、改善党的组织生活、开展党员活动、搭建党员工作平台等途径加强对学生党员的教育管理,从而充分发挥学生党员的模范带头作用。%In private HELs,it is prevalent that the quality of communist party member among students is varied;importance is attached to developing more members while little is to educating them.Therefore,enhancing the education of communist party members is a major task in communist party development in private HELs.It is advisable that such means as perfecting organization system,improving the quality of theory meetings,conducting party member activities,and setting up work platform etc.be employed to strengthen the management and education of party members among students,and thereby they can be brought into full play in serving as models for others.
