高职数控实训改革的探析

摘要

In recent years,various industries in China are developing rapidly,among which the mechanical industry is developing prominently. With the rapid development of machinery industry,the demand for the machinery industry talent is growing. However,many mechanical NC professional talents has not been able to satisfy the demand of the market,so from education perspective,we need to quickly improve the talent cultivation,which makes the talents cultivated to adapt to the demand of the society. Besides,the goal of higher vocational colleges is to give direct service to the society. So these colleges should focus their attention on the training mode of NC majors ,on the reform of the traditional training methods,and the development of their students’technical skills.%近年来，我国各个行业的发展都非常迅速，其中机械行业的发展尤其突出。市场对于机械行业的需求越来越大，同时对此行业的人才要求越来越高。很多机械数控专业人才已经不能够满足市场的需求，所以从教育角度来讲，需要迅速加大对人才的培养力度，以适应社会的需求。而高职院校正是直接服务于社会，为社会培养专业人才的院校，所以高职院校需要对数控专业学生进行重点、有针对性的培养，并且对传统培养方式、实训方式进行改革，提升学生们的技能。
