重金属铬对几种蔬菜生长的影响研究

             

摘要

In this experiment,the seeds of lettuce,rape,lettuce and cabbage were used to study the different Cr3+concentration and stress time on the germination rate,seedling height,root length,dry weight and chlorophyll content.The results show that: with the Cr3+ concentration and stress time,and its toxic effect on the seedling will be the more obvious,the performance of the Cr3+on seedling growth,including height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight significantly inhibited;With the Cr3+ concentration increased and prolonged stress,Cr3+stress on chlorophyll biosynthesis in leaves significantly inhibited,low concentrations of chromium on rape,lettuce,lettuce and Chinese cabbage seed buds and stimulate the growth of young roots,high concentrations of chromium for the inhibition of their performance.%本实验以油菜、油麦菜、生菜以及小白菜种子为材料,研究了不同Cr3+浓度及胁迫时间对其发芽率、幼苗株高、根长、干重的影响.试验结果表明:随Cr3+浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,其对幼苗的毒害作用越明显,表现为Cr3+对玉米幼苗的生长包括株高、根长、鲜重和干重有明显的抑制作用;随着Cr3+浓度的增加和胁迫时间延长,Cr3+胁迫对幼苗叶片叶绿素合成具有明显的抑制作用,低浓度的铬对油菜、油麦菜、生菜以及小白菜种子的芽和幼根的生长有刺激作用,高浓度的铬对其表现为抑制作用.
