探析英国工党“第三条道路”的全球化背景

摘要

20世纪末对于苏联、东欧社会主义国家来说是一个剧烈转型的时期，对于西方世界来说也是个大变革的时代。他们纷纷称自己走的是一条与“老左派”和“新右派”不同的道路———“第三条道路”，其中以英国最为典型，因此，研究英国的“第三条道路”具有重要意义。本文试图以一个全新的视角即全球化视角来审视英国工党的“第三条道路”，把它放在全球化的大背景下，以此来剖析“第三条道路”产生的全球背景，将有助于对“第三条道路”的全面理解。%In the late 20th centry,it is not only a turning point for the Soviet Union and the Eastern European countries,but also for the Western world. They one after another claimed that they were took The Third Way,a different path neither with the Old Left nor the New Right,however,the Britain is the most typical of them,so it is significant to study the Britainˊs Third Way. This article attempts to a new perspective,the globalization perspective,to review the British labor partyˊs Third Way,put it in the context of globalization,then analyze the global background of the Third Wayˊs generation,which would benefit the compre-hensive understanding of the Thire Way.
