Our stable and rapid economic development requires resources, the basis of which must be placed domestically. Thus constructing a resource-saving society is the inevitable choice of long--term sustainable economic and social devel opment. Early construction of such a society through controlling and reducing dependence on foreign resources is of great significance to our economic and national security.%经济的快速平稳发展需要资源,解决资源问题的着眼点和立足点必须放在国内。因此,建设资源节约型社会是我国经济社会长期可持续发展的必然选择,而加快建设节约型社会,控制和降低对国外资源的依赖程度,对于确保经济安全和国家安全有着重要意义。
