PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperator recruiting system for concealing information on a cooperator cooperating for an opinion advertisement.;SOLUTION: A secret key of an executor terminal 3 is distributed to a participant terminal 4 by forming a dispersion key 1-12 by using a secret key dispersion/restoration unit 1-13. An applicant terminal 2 acquires a public key 1-4 of the executor terminal by using an enciphering tool 1-8; enciphers an application document 1-7; makes a transmission sentence pack 1-9; and transmits the pack to an application accepting interface 31. The executor terminal 3 recovers the dispersion key 1-12 from the participant terminal 4 when the applicant number reaches the specific number after finishing an application period; decodes the transmission sentence pack 1-9 by restoring the secret key by using the secret key dispersion/restoration unit 1-13; and informs a drafter terminal 1 of a summary of an applicant name and an enterpriser name. When determining that the applicant number does not reach the specific number, the applicant name and the enterpriser name till then are not decoded and not disclosed to anybody. The whole recruitment is stopped, and the whole transmission sentence pack 1-9 is canceled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
