公安边防部门毒品案件侦查中特殊侦查措施适用研究

摘要

同传统的侦查措施相比较，特殊侦查措施除了具有强制性、行政性、职权性和法定性的特征外还具有一些独有特征，如隐蔽性更强、限制性较多、技术性较强、同步性和直观性等。本文从公安边防部门在毒品案件侦查中面临的新情况研究相对特殊侦查措施适用的紧迫性、必要性、现实性和合理性。%Compared with traditional methods, special investigation techniques not only share similarities such being mandatory, administrative, matching power with duty, and legal, but also have features such as being stealthy, restricted, technical, synchronized, intuitional and etc.. To cope with new situation of drug- related crimes, this essay has discussed the urgency, necessity, reality and feasibility of adopting certain spe- cial techniques in such investigations conducted by the border defence department of public security.
