云南不同花魔芋品种生产力分析

摘要

In order to investigate yield and quality of different varieties of Amorphophsllus konjac in Yunnan province, the characters of aboveground and underground parts, yield, and contents of dry matter and konjac glucomannan of 6 Amorphophallus konjac varieties, including MH15, CX2, LJ, HZ, DG and FY (CK), were determined. The results showed that LJ had many good characters, such as high output, broad compatibility and its comprehensive character was the best. It is suggested that LJ can be extended in Yunnan province after further study.%为了解云南花魔芋品种的产量和品质状况,观测魔花15、楚雄花魔芋2号、丽江花白魔芋、会泽花魔芋、大关花魔芋和富源花魔芋(对照)等6个云南花魔芋地方品种的地上部分性状、地下部分性状、产量、干物质含量和葡甘露聚糖含量.结果表明:丽江花白魔芋产量高,性状好,品质佳.预计经进一步研究,花魔芋优良种质可在云南魔芋生产上推广应用.
