公安专业法学课程改革与体系构建--基于对六所警察院校的考察

The public security professional legal courses opening to the public security colleges and universities majoring in public security plays an indispensable important role in talents cultivation, but throughout the class setting of professional law courses in the undergraduate course colleges and universities , there are still some problems, nerve formed a unified system. According to the goal and positioning of police professional education of law, the public security professional course shoud be taken by the police law, constitutional jurisprudence of law and case law, civil and administrative cases, criminal law, the public security organ for procedures, procedures for the criminal cases handled by the public security organs, modular synthesis of law practice of seven parts.%公安专业法学课程的开设对公安院校公安类专业的人才培养来说具有不可或缺的重要作用。然而，综观公安本科院校公安类专业法学课程的设置情况，还存在一些问题，没有形成统一的体系。根据公安专业法学教育的目标定位，公安专业法学课程应当由警察法学、宪法判例与事例、民法、刑法、公安机关办理行政案件程序规定、公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定、法学模块化综合实训七个部分组成。
