基于灰色关联分析的BP神经网络对西安房价的预测分析

摘要

According to the relative statistic data of Xi’an in recent years,using the principle of grey correlation a-nalysis,the factors influencing the Xi’an housing prices are selected. Then using BP neural network model,hous-ing prices of Xi’an are predicted,which not only improves the training speed of neural network,but gets good re-sults and provides a certain basis for the government making housing policy.%结合西安市近年来的相关统计数据，利用灰色关联分析原理对影响商品房价格的经济因素进行筛选，再利用BP神经网络模型对西安市房价进行预测，从而不仅提高了神经网络的训练速度，而且得到了良好的预测效果，为政府制定房价政策提供一定的依据。
