青冈栎根提取液对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响

     

摘要

测定青冈栎提取液的多酚类和黄酮类物质的含量及抗疲劳作用,为产品开发提供实验依据.方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组按低、中、高三个剂量组分别灌胃25、50、100 mg/kg的青冈栎根提取液21d,对照组给蒸馏水.测定小鼠爬杆时间、游泳时间及游泳后乳酸脱氢酶、尿素氮和肝糖原等指标.结果:青冈栎根提取液含有较高的多酚类(13.36±0.25mg/g)和黄酮类(1.98±0.01mg/g)化合物,显著能延长小鼠的爬杆时间和游泳时间,提高了运动后血清尿素氮的浓度,提高肝糖元的储备量,提高乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,从而具有抗疲劳作用.%Abstract: Purpose: To study the anti-fatigue effects of extracts from Cyclobalanopsis glauca Root (CGR). Methods: The mice were randomly divided into the control group and experimented group according to their weight, and the treatment groups were orally administered CGR extracts (25, 50,100 mg/kg per day), while the control groups received distilled water for 14 days. The anti-fatigue of CGR extracts was determined based on the forced swimming, climbing capacity and the change of the biochemical parameters including lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), serum urea nitrogen(BUN) and liver glycogen in mice. On the other hand, the amounts of the total phenol phenol content (13.36± 0.25 mg/g) and flavonoids (1.98 ±0.01 mg/g) were determined. Results: The CGR significantly lengthened the swimming, climbing time and increased the levels of liver glycogen and lactic dehydrogenase, while reducing that of lactate in blood significantly compared with control group. Conclusion: The extracts of CGR has noticeable anti-fatigue effect.
