构建高职院校学生食堂可持续发展长效运行机制的探讨

         

摘要

The working condition of students' canteen in higher vocational colleges work is related to students' vital interests,education quality,campus safety,the social harmony and stability.At present,the higher vocational colleges student canteen facing prices rise,poor students' overrun bear,students' diversification needs,deviation policy implementing,food safety supervision difficulties,the relevant system and standard lag and so on many new challenges.To deal with the new challenge,we should set up "three party linked" policy guarantee and the input mechanism,"three rounds driven" market operation mechanism,"three hook" price linkage mechanism,"trinity" supervision and management mechanism according to political,systematic and fairness,safety,democratic and scientific principle,to ensure the sustainable development of the student canteen.%高职院校学生食堂工作状况事关学生切身利益,事关教育质量,校园安全,社会和谐稳定。目前,高职院校学生食堂工作面临物价持续上涨,贫困生承受能力超限,学生需求多样化,政策落实偏差,食品安全监管难度加大,相关制度和标准滞后等诸多新的挑战。应对新挑战,要按照政治性、系统性、公平性、安全性、民主性、科学性原则,系统构建"三方联动"的政策保障与投入机制,"三轮驱动"的市场运作机制,"三者挂钩"的价格联动机制,"三位一体"的监督管理机制,确保学生食堂可持续发展。
