This paper will take the Mdung - nag Tibetan tribes in Sunan yugur autonomous county territory for example, we will discuss the main performance and reasons On the change of Tibetan dress in the contemporary, and thus concludes that the change of economic development and mode of production, multi - cul- tural influences, the impact of social modernization are the three major factors which contribute to the change of the traditional Mdung -nag Tibetan costume.%服饰作为民族文化的象征符号和表现形式，反映出不同的文化传统、经济状况、风俗习惯及审关心理。服饰文化变迁作为族群文化变迁的重要表征，对于研究不同族群间文化选择性适应机制有一定的现实意义。文章以甘肃肃南裕固族自治县境内的东纳藏族部落为例，对东纳服饰在当代变迁的主要表现及原因加以论述，认为经济发展水平、生产方式的变化，多元文化影响及现代化冲击是导致东纳藏族服饰发生变迁的三个主要因素。
