公共政策制定过程中政府公信力建设的路径选择

摘要

公共政策制定过程与政府公信力建设关系密切,当前,在公共政策制定过程中存在着不少政府公信力缺失的问题,要解决这些问题,就要从人民群众、政府行政人员、法律体制方面分析其产生的原因,并通过加强公共政策制定的民主化、法制化、科学化来推进政府公信力建设。%The process of the public policy-making has a close relationship with the government's credibility construction.At present,there are many problems of lack of the government's credibility in the process of the public policy-making.To solve these problems,people must analyze the reasons in four aspects:the people,government administrators and legal system and push on with the government's credibility construction by strengthening democratization,legalization and scientization of the public policy-making.
